How to play Fishing Reflex
- Cast line and wait until BITE appears. Press Hook during the short bite window. Hooking before a bite or missing the window loses that attempt.
- After hooking, hold Reel to increase tension and release it to let tension fall. Keep the meter between 25% and 80% to advance landing progress.
- Excessive tension breaks the line; letting tension fall to zero after the initial grace period loses the fish. Reach full progress to catch it. Each kilogram earns 10 virtual points. Cast again to build the visit score; pause and browser best are available.
Fishing Reflex practice guide
Reeling continuously is not the goal
Holding Reel raises the tension meter, while releasing lets it fall. Landing progress grows only within the target band. Long holds can break the line, and leaving it released too long lets the fish escape. Watch the direction in which the meter is moving and change your input before reaching an extreme.
Tension rises through seventy percent
You are holding Reel and tension passes 70%. Release before the meter reaches its upper danger region. As tension falls towards the middle of the band, prepare a shorter hold to keep progress moving. Waiting for 100% before reacting is too late; small adjustments preserve both line and progress.
A focused practice session
- Concentrate on hooking only after the BITE signal.
- During a catch, try short holds and releases around the middle of the band.
- After a lost fish, identify whether timing, high tension or low tension caused the failure.
What to keep in mind
Fish, weights and points are entirely virtual. This is a timing-and-meter game, not real fishing advice or a prize game. Pausing stops active play; resume explicitly after leaving the tab.
