How to play Pipe Connect
- S marks the source at top left; E marks the exit at bottom right. Tap a pipe to rotate its openings 90 degrees clockwise.
- Water crosses between neighbouring cells only when both openings face each other. Blue pipes show the network currently reachable from S.
- Reach E to win. Unused pipes do not need to join the source network, and dead branches are allowed. New game creates another solvable layout; best rotations save in this browser.

A connection needs two matching openings
A pipe pointing right does not connect to its neighbour unless that neighbour also points left. Trace from the source one square at a time and identify the first broken connection. Work on that local mismatch before rotating unrelated pieces. The blue network updates after each move, making it a useful check of your reading.
Two elbows face away from each other
The source network ends at an elbow opening downward, but the pipe below only opens left and right. Rotate the lower piece until it accepts water from above and sends it towards a useful next square. Then check whether the blue region extends. Changing only the source-side elbow can break the route you already built.
A focused practice session
- Trace every opening of the first three connected pipes.
- Fix the first mismatch and watch which pieces turn blue.
- Near the exit, plan its incoming direction before rotating its neighbours.
What to keep in mind
The objective is source-to-exit reachability, not using every pipe or creating a leak-free network. Generated layouts include a valid route; other valid routes are accepted too.
