You have six tries to guess a hidden five-letter word. After each guess, each letter's tile changes colour: green means that letter is in the word and in the right spot, yellow means it's in the word but in the wrong spot, and grey means it isn't in the word at all. Use the on-screen keyboard, or just type and press Enter on desktop.
Daily mode gives everyone the same word each day, and solving it keeps your streak alive — miss a day and the streak resets. Practice mode gives you a fresh random word every time you want to play, with no effect on your streak, so you can warm up or play as many rounds as you like.
